Great product was able to use it with my old SPD cleats with new shoes with three holes by Dave M

This is a smart solution for converting road shoes with studs of 3 holes (Look like). I only use SPD cleats for spinning so I was able to convert a good pair of shoes for road .... by Jeffrey W. Reynolds
